Elio has over a decade of experience solving complex problems, building applications and managing complex hosting environments. He married his highschool sweetheart; they and their two kids live in Florida and eat 6 eggs a day.

Jon is a seasoned Program, Product and Project Manager. He helps define goals and ensures that processes are implemented and up-to-date within the PM team. He mainly spends his free time in front of a BBQ (when the weather permits), and gaming with friends.

Yuri has been in the digital product development business since 2008, consulting companies on tech innovation: from startups to tech giants. Yuri plays guitar in a distributed rock band with musicians on 3 continents.

Craig works on the business-side of UX. Connecting the dots between business, technology and design to create value and reduce friction is what he loves about his work. He is an avid fan of the UW Huskies and Seattle Seahawks and his favorite getaway is the beautiful island of Maui.

I have degrees in History and Economics from UCLA. I lived in Japan for five years before returning to acquire an MBA from the University of Washington. My first job was in marketing for a game developer. In 2000, I started UpTop. Since then, I have been delighted and humbled to work with such talented, enthusiastic people.

Deborah is a UX Designer with a passion for building products that increase efficiency through organization and dynamic interactions. With a background in product design and start-up, she is especially interested in creating more personal experiences online.

Abbey started her career doing experiential design, then transitioned to digital UX. She specializes in e-commerce and visual design. In her spare time, she’s a fitness instructor and photographer, and also raises a puppy named Toast!

Xander builds web and mobile apps at UpTop. He enjoys collaborating with designers to bring their prototypes to life. In his free time, he enjoys swimming in Puget Sound and watching Star Wars animated TV series.

Robin Cargille has managed various UX, UX research and development projects since joining UpTop in 2013. She enjoys collaborating with client teams, absorbs a steady stream of true crime documentaries, and knows where the bodies are buried

Michael approaches challenges from different angles, while grounding users in the center. His favorite part of the job is the journey, just as much as the outcome. He’s active with his three boys, is a big fan of the Seahawks, and enjoys watching movies.

Jackie moved to Seattle after growing up in Connecticut. She has over 20 years HR experience working with organizations ranging from start-up to rapid growth to maturity. Jackie loves to spend her time in her kayak, listening to music and traveling.

Kyle keeps business goals in focus, drives accountable results, and manages expectations to create successful solutions for both clients and users. In another life, he spent a decade fishing the Bering Sea and Alaska.

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Tim studied Design at Cornish College of the Arts in downtown Seattle, and has worked in print, environmental graphics, and UX. He enjoys running around Greenlake, boardgames, wine, and (strangely) the rain.
